Discounts

Here you can find a list of the discounts offered by the Bregenzer Festspiele. Please note that discounted tickets cannot be purchased online. You can call us at +43 5574 4076 (opening hours) to book your discounted tickets.

It is not possible to discount tickets after they have already been paid for.

Please note: Different discounts cannot be combined. Third-party events cannot be discounted. The discounted ticket price is rounded off.

  • Wheelchair users

    The Bregenzer Festspiele offers seats for wheelchair users and an accompanying person.

    Opera on the Lake
    The seats are located in the first rows in the middle of the seating area and can be accessed via entrance H. There are tickets valid only for the outdoor performance and tickets valid for the outdoor and the semi-staged indoor performance (subject to availability).

    Other performances (except guided tours and introductory talks)
    The Bregenzer Festspiele also offers discounted ticktets for wheelchair users and an accompanying person for all other events except guided tours and introductory talks.

    PRICES | Wheelchair users receive a discount of 75% off the regular ticket price. The accompanying person (max. one) receives a 50% discount off the regular ticket price.

    Please note | The Bregenzer Festspiele does not offer wheelchairs for rent. Wheelchair users are invited to take part in the guided tour and the introductory talk (no discount avaiable). For organisational reasons, seats for wheelchair users can only be booked by phone +43 5574 407 6.

  • Visual impairment

    Visually impaired people (official certificate of vision impairment required) receive a discount for all events of the Bregenzer Festspiele (except guided tours and introductory talks). The discount applies to the categories 3-7. 

    PRICES | Visually impaired people recieve a discount of 75% off the regular ticket price. The discount for the accompanying person is 50% of the regular ticket price.

    Please note | This discount is only valid in combination with the respective ID/certificate.

  • Student Discount (6 to 26)

    For the Opera on the Lake, there is a limited number of discounted tickets for students. To get the student discount in categories 3 and 4, you must purchase one full-price ticket for every discounted ticket. In categories 5-7, you may also purchase discounted tickets only. There are no disocunted tickets available in the categories 1plus, 1, 2, the Festival Lounge or the Premium section.  

    For all other events at the Bregenzer Festspiele (except introductory talks), discounted tickets for students can be purchased in all categories except category 1.

    Children and students under 26 can attend guided tours for free. Please book your free ticket in advance.

    The student discount applies to students, conscripts and memorial servants in combination with the respective ID (under the age of 26). 

    PRICES | You receive a discount of 75% off the regular ticket price (min. EUR 8).

    Please note | We recommend buying reduced price tickets in advance. Children are allowed at the Bregenzer Festspiele if they are 6 years or older (proof of age required).

  • Seeplus Discount

    If you book tickets for the Opera on the Lake and tickets for at least two other events at the same time, you benefit from the "SeePlus" discount.

    PRICES | You receive a discount of 30% off the regular ticket price. The tickets for the Opera on the Lake are not discounted.

    Please note | If you book additional tickets later on, the "SeePlus" discount does not apply.

  • Orchestral Concert Discount

    If you book tickets for at least three orchestral concerts at the same time, you benefit from the orchestral concert discount. This discount applies to the orchestral concerts by the Wiener Symphoniker and the Symphonieorchester Vorarlberg as well as the Orchestra Academy by the Wiener Symphoniker and the Vorarlberger Landeskonservatorium.

    PRICES | You receive a discount of 20 % off the regular ticket price. 

    Please note | If you book additional tickets later on, the orchestral concert discount does not apply.

  • Music & Poetry Discount

    If you book tickets for all three Music & Poetry performances at the same time, you benefit from the Music & Poetry discount.

    PRICES | You receive a discount of 20 % off the regular ticket price.

  • Ö1 Discount

    Ö1 Club members enjoy a discount on tickets for the Bregenzer Festspiele.

    PRICES | Ö1 members receive a discount of 10 % off the regular ticket price on a maximum of two tickets per production.

    Please note | The Ö1 discount does not apply to tickets in category 1plus, 1 and 2 or ticket for performances on Saturdays (only Opera on the Lake). Furthermore, the Ö1 discount does not apply to guided tours or introductory talks. 

  • Viceversa Bonus (Kunsthaus Bregenz and vorarlberg museum)

    A ticket to the Bregenzer Festspiele entitles you to a one-off discount of EUR 4 on the regular ticket price for the summer exhibition at the Kunsthaus Bregenz. Vice versa, a ticket to the summer exhibition by Anne Imhof entitles you to a one-off discount of EUR 4 on tickets to certain events at the Bregenzer Festspiele.

    A ticket to the Bregenzer Festspiele also entitles you to a one-off discount of EUR 4 on the ticket price for the summer exhibition at the Vorarlberg Museum. Vice versa, a ticket to the summer exhibition entitles you to a one-off discount of EUR 4 on tickets to a guided tour at the Bregenzer Festspiele.
