Dear Guests,

You can conveniently request a refund for tickets to cancelled performances via our refund portal.

To submit a request, all you need is the 22-digit barcode of your festival ticket, whether it was issued digitally or in print. Before entering your personal information and bank information, the system will automatically verify your ticket.

For the performance on the Seebühne, the following regulations apply as stated in our General Terms and Conditions 

  • Refundable: Tickets in categories 3–7 with the label “gültig nur für die Seebühne” are valid only for the performance on the Seebühne. If the performance is cancelled and plays for less than 60 minutes, the tickets are fully refunded. Alternatively, ticket holders can exchange their tickets to another date (subject to availability).
  • Non-refundable: Tickets in categories 1, 1PLUS, 2, LOUNGE and PREMIUM labeled “gültig für See + Festspielhaus/keine Rückerstattung” are valid for the semi-staged version in the Festspielhaus if the performance is cancelled or runs for less than 90 minutes.

Please note: 
Tickets purchased via www.eventim.de, www.oeticket.com, or their affiliated ticket offices can only be refunded directly by the respective ticket service. You will find a corresponding note printed on your ticket.
