Marking its Austrian premiere, the Wiener Symphoniker and its Chief Conductor Petr Popelka make a strong statement for contemporary music at the Bregenzer Festspiele.
With Intensity, a work takes to the Austrian concert stage that lives up to its name in every note. Bernd Richard Deutsch ranks among the most distinctive voices in contemporary Austrian music. His orchestral study of density, motion, and form celebrated its world premiere in 2022 with the Cleveland Orchestra.
