Renovation and Enlargement

The Bregenz Festival pledged to contribute € 3 million itself to the project for the renovation and enlargement of the Festspielhaus in 2005 and 2006. The festival was able to raise this sum by means of a fund-raising campaign, thanks in particular to the generosity and solidarity of a great many donors.

The Bregenz Festival owes a debt of gratitude towards the companies, foundations and private individuals as well as to the many "seat sponsors" in the TAKE A SEAT initiative whose combined donations made it possible to reach the agreed sum in time.

Donors

For donations of between € 100,000 and € 25,000 the donor receives the title of Platinum, Gold or Silver Donor. The names of all donors will be inscribed at an honorary place in the spacious foyer of the redesigned Festspielhaus.

Platinum Those who donated € 100,000 will be named in the list of Platinum Donors. 

Gold Those who contributed to the renovation of the Festival Opera House with a sum of € 50,000 will be named in the list of Gold Donors.

Silver For a donation € 25,000 the donor will be listed among the Silver Donors.
